Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds are not available for opened or consumed products, including honey and other perishable items, unless they were damaged or spoiled upon arrival. For any issues related to damaged goods, please include photos when contacting us.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
