Products and Orders

All products listed on our website are handmade and produced in small batches in Transylvania. Due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in appearance may occur. Prices are displayed in RON and include all applicable taxes. Orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, or in cases of suspected misuse. Returns and Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping within Romania and internationally, with timelines and methods detailed in our Shipping Policy. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or if you change your mind, you may request a return according to the guidelines in our Return Policy. Returned items must be unused, sealed (where applicable), and sent back within the specified return period. We do not accept returns on opened edible products unless there is a product defect.
